It is a No Calorie sweetener containing sucralose, an internationally acclaimed \'0\' calorie sweetener which is ideal for the calorie, sugar and weight conscious people.

Blocal contains sucralose, approved by WHO and USFDA that is made from sugar and tastes just like sugar. It is also heat-stable up to 250 degrees centigrade and ideal for cooking and baking as well, without any loss in sweetness. It is easily soluble and can be used with almost all food ingredients including flavours, seasonings, preservatives and directly into cold and hot beverages.
